Install controller drivers for Dell Precision M6500 laptop for Windows 10 x86, or download DriverPack Solution software for automatic driver installation. I have a Dell M4600. I managed to get all the drivers installed but the 'Mass Storage Controller' and the 'PCI serial port'. Dell doesn't have windows 10 as a listed support OS for this model but I just renewed the warranty and they didn't tell me then!

  1. How did you upgrade to Windows 10 (Media Creation Tool or Windows Updates)?
  2. Did you check if the (F:) drive was visible under Disk management?

If you had upgraded to Windows 10 using Windows Updates, I suggest you to try using Media Creation Tool by downloading ISO file onto an external flash drive and then installing the operating system on the PC.

After upgrading, if you are still unable to find F: drive in the PC, I suggest you to check if the drive is visible under Disk management by following the steps below:

  1. Press Windows logo + X keys on the keyboard and select Disk management option from the context menu.
  2. Check if drive F: is visible in the window.
